I enjoy coming to this pharmacy because it’s fast and they consistently have my medication in stock. However, during my last visit I felt uncomfortable hearing staff members behind the counter using the N-word in conversation. It sounded like several people in the back area. In my opinion, that kind of language is unprofessional and not appropriate in a customer-facing environment memorial Hospital should have higher standards considering how large of an institution it is.. sincerely, disappointed 4/9/26 5:00pm
