I took my baby yesterday and everything was quick. Everybody was excellent, Dr. Gazo, nurse April, Xray dmitri and Mr Perez and Raquel in the front were Very very helpful. 100% recommended.

This place has really gone down over the years. Memorial had one of the best reputations and everybody wanted to go to memorial because they took care of you. NOT ANYMORE!! If you have good insurance, don’t waste your time and energy coming here. Go get the treatment you pay for. The staff is not friendly, everybody has an attitude, nobody tends to the patients in a timely manner and when you ask questions about why something taking so long, you get a rude response. I received very good care at this walk-in center. Jinshia at registratration does not smile, but performs her job efficiently. Patricio is the stand out at this facility. His banter and smile as he took my vital signs was much appreciated. Dr. Smith and nurse Victoria were pleasant and professional. The x ray tech (sorry that I didn't get his name) was outgoing and friendly (like Patricio) which was appreciated. Hopefully, I will never have the need to return. I went into the Memorial 24/7 ER dept on Douglas Rd, Sunday evening Jan 12, I was seen right away by friendly staff. When they brought me back to my room within 10 Dr.Hofmeister greeted me had amazing bedside manner listened to all my concerns and ordered tests as well as medications that would actually make me feel better. I have never had such a quick and efficient ER visit like this one. Thank you Dr. I highly recommend him.
