Fast but doctor's and nurse don't take the time to be thorough.. This is the same complaint from last visit. I walked in and it was slow and empty. There was no reason to be rushed through without listening and providing empathy. Front service desk help is always friendly and welcoming.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Coll and nurse Sarah. He took his time explaining everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each step. What stood out the most was how kind and patient he was with my daughter. He really went out of his way to try to make her smile and feel comfortable, which meant so much to me. His bedside manner is truly amazing! He was warm, compassionate, and professional. I left the visit feeling reassured and very grateful for the excellent care he provide
Probably the best urgent care I have been to in SoFlo, the staff here are professionals. The company does a fantastic job at fulfilling the needs and properly filing all the claims. I don’t have to get surprise bills in the mail. Billing and coding is on point. Thank you for the great service, friendly staff, and professional medical service!
