The outpatient surgery center was a breeze of a process from step 1. South Florida is not known for high quality customer service, particularly in the healthcare industry. This facility and site staff blew me away. I was attended to immediately, those on the phone providing courtesy reminders were excellent, the place was incredibly clean and organized.
