Refused to provide any pain management to me. Offered medications that dont work that were on record for years for not working then said he would schedule a injection that the office staff refuses to schedule. A doctor's appointment should be longer than 4 minutes and a patient should be heard not talked over and walked away from after being passed around like a basketball to multiple medical staff and left with no options but the hospital when the hospital and their referral literally sent me to you guys for the pain. I love it. Everyone from the front reception desk, the nurses, the doctor, assistants, the ones at the checkout desk absolutely everyone there is so nice and professional and helpful and really caring I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Both Dr Chan and April are very kind and thorough. They will explain to you what you don't know and offer suggestions for other pain remedies aside from opioids.
I was in a really bad car accident. Since August 2025 they have been “requesting records” of my MRI. Telling me “schedule a following up in 4 weeks and hopefully we will have them” I got so tired of my treatment being put on hold I finally found the disc copy of my MRI . They REVIEWED it during my appointment and still told me to come back in 2 weeks .
