I like how I came to your ER complaining of chest pains and shortness of breath and been sitting here for a good hour and a half. While your staff sits at the check-in counter and laughs and drinks coffee.
The staff was great and helpful. Even though we waited for 4 hours from arrival to being released. The doctor even apologized for the wait, which I was shocked to hear a doctor apologize. I know they were busy and are probably extremely short staffed. So I understand why the wait time was so long. They treated my son well, which was the reason we were there. I would have given them 5 stars, but as previously stated I'm pretty sure they have a bed bug or some type of bug problem, cause I came home with 7 or 8 bites on my legs... read more
