Never going to try memorial south again. Multiple waiting in the dark hallway . I had to ask for a bed, then didn't see the same person twice, in 5 hrs! They were quick to get my insurance and copay tho. "Security guard" outside was ridiculous, didn't try to help at all. Only good thing about this place is the valet parking. Good thing this wasn't a dire emergency instead of a broken bone.
Last night I went their for pelvic pain and didn't get any pain med no IV what I got was a rude ass nurse I asked her how long I had to what she's like theirs other people that are in worst pain then you. She's laughed when she walked out of my room an then I asked Can I get Discharged she's like your doc is dealing with other traumas then she came into my room and she had her attitude told me their are 3 patience I can wait after I left very rude I don't need to know that. I don't think ill be going there anymore
I went to Memorial Hospital Colorado Springs; THANK GOD! I needed spinal surgery. C6 & C7. There's some swelling in the incision site, but it's, and I'm, doing ok! The stitches are internal. Leaves you feeling like there's a HUGE ball in your throat. It's a very odd feeling. I'm in good hands at Memorial. It is a really Good hospital and I have been to the ER about 3 times and I was admitted in the hospital all 3 times and I got the best care I don't have no complaints
The staff was extremely great constantly in and out of the room checking on me. The service was outstanding I am grateful for the Memorial Hospital ER Crew. Thank you all for your courteous, professional, kind, caring, and friendly services.
What the hell!!! My doctor sends me here because he thinks i I'm having a heart attack and I have been sitting in the waiting room for 40 MINUTES.
