I have been with Family Care for over 15 years. The Dr's and nurses are wonderful. I was just there yesterday at their clinic. I have the flu it seems. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work at keeping us healthy .
Dr. Taylor was my doctor for 25 yrs. She retired this yr. I miss her so much, no one will ever care for a patient the way she did. 😢
They have definitely improved with patient care and the process of checking in is far more efficient and faster. I just wish the teaching part of the hospital at least kept one doctor on as a primary for more than 3 years.. sometimes it's less. But they definitely have everything you need there, if they don't they will send you wherever it is you need to be.
Absolutely piss poor...such a disgrace to the medical field. Scheduling an appointment is frustrating enough with them constantly changing how they schedule appointments...then the doctors barely want to get close to you to actually examine you and do their job...on top of that the doctors do not even know their own terminology for diagnosis. This place literally diagnosed me with misty lungs multiple times and now this so called doctor is asking me what is misty lungs...are you serious? I needed a chest x-ray and lady down ... read more
1983 was a burn patient from a boat explosion 40% of my body was 1st&2nd degree burns I was 22 yrs old. Most of the nurses and doctors their job a great job! But one nurse who brought me down to the basement of the hospital for my treatment in a burn tank, with a nurse tech name Rosa. Interrogated me on the wheel chair ride down.
