I really appreciated the staff at the lab today. They were very kind and efficient, which made a world of difference for me. The process was fast and the service was top-notch. Thank you for making my visit so easy!
You know its really sad when people post comments about the wait and staff when I have been going there for years and not once has anyone been unkind or not treated me for what I came in for. If your so unhappy then try elsewhere and see if anything will be different. These people work hard to help and many are just ungrateful expecting the doctors to pull out a wand and magically heal everyone. I will never go back. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to just come in, thry had openings. I don't have a car, I had to take a bus and walk so it took me an hour to get there, upon my arrival I was told they had no openings. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that I wanted to file a complaint. They then proceeded to say I needed to go to the hospital and they were going to call an ambulance. I was not in any kind of an emergency, they just wanted me out of the building so I couldn't file the complaint. Grim... read more
Dr. Tom Atwood couldn’t be a more attentive/caring doctor… my former physician had retired which saddened me but thankfully I found another great doctor!
Love Family Care. I'm 56 and been going since I was 16. Always willing to help and care about their patients. My doctor even calls and checks on me after sick or hospital visits.
