Just like anyplace you have great people good people and some who are ok I've only had one bad experience with bainbridge hospital most of my visits have went very well most of the time the staff are nice abd helpful it gets busy like any e.r. will and can take a bit of time but Iits usually severest cases are seen first.

The staff in the labor and delivery department was very sweet and nice to me and my daughter. Thanks so much for helping us with the new member of the family. ��
My nephews were in a very serious automobile accident last Thursday. The staff and physicians taking care of them were awesome! They were professional, caring and compassionate to all of my family. This community is very fortunate to have such a great ER staff and hospital. Thanks to all who were involved in their care and all who have been concerned and asked how they are doing. My rating is due to the billing service. It's ridiculous. There is no excuse for receiving statements from a company in another state, with the hospital's name spelled incorrectly, for a year-old service date. Then two months later, receiving a bill for the same service date for a different amount. The bill has been paid and cleared the bank. Absolutely no excuse!!
