We have been in Bainbridge Memorial with Ms Betty since February 25. I want everyone to know the EXCELLENT care that we have had these last 12 days! Everyone has been so sweet! Everyone from Dr Cochran, nursing staff , dietician, physical and occupational therapist and environmental service has been wonderful! Thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
Shoutout to the ER at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital and Manor and EMS for the EXCELLENT care of my loved one last night!!! From registration to Bob,RN who triaged, Michelle,ER Tech,Ashley,RN,Marketa Ausgood from Lab , Ron from X-ray & the lady who did his EKG( I believe her name was Marissa ), Dr.Hernandez,Jessie Griffin and his coworker (forgot his name) All these people deserve a huge shoutout!!!! Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!!
Went to one of their doctor offices and had an office visit and 2 shots. They charged my insurance company to administer the shots and then didn’t file my insurance until 6 months after the date of service. Really? No wonder they are starting to get in the green. It’s a rip off!!
On Dec. 17th I had gallbladder surgery at MHM. I received excellent care. Dr. Myers performed my surgery. He was awesome. He called to check up on me and that made me like him even more. Same day surgery nurses, the surgery tech and everyone else that took care of me was awesome. I have also had other dealings with our small town hospital and every time I have been taken great care of.
I was way overcharged for a CT Scan. Dothan and Tallahasse charge $300-400, but BMH charged me over $4100.
Worst hospital EVER! Rude nurses unprofessional doctors! Only people helpful are the check in people
