Dr Levin explained clearly, to my understanding of my condition, as well as my surgery. I am very excited and happy with the outcome.
From all my prior experiences with other clinics, this one has been the best in both treatment and quality. They have treated me like family. They have also made me sure and comfortable throughout the process by explaining everything I asked about.
Everyone was great and made it a very relaxing procedure. Explanations were clear and repeated which was very helpful as it helped me remember what I was supposed to do after the surgery. I am looking forward to getting my other eye done.
Staff is very cordial and caring. Makes the experience pretty stress-free. Everything was explained by staff and physician. Staff always available for follow up questions.
I had a cataract and astigmatism in my right eye. Surgery was a total success. One month later a cataract in my left eye - surgery again was a success. I was so happy with the implants. I now see things I have not see in years and very clearly. I traveled 85 miles to this facility and it was worth the drive!
Dr. Levin always answers my questions and explains clearly everything I ask. He is patient and caring. I was apprehensive about my cataract surgery but his explanations and professional manner eased my fears.
My care at Memorial Eye was excellent. Dr. Erik is an excellent surgeon and a very nice person. My eye sight has been restored since my cataract removal. Everyone treats you with kindness and efficiency. I would recommend Memorial Eye and Dr. Chotiner all the time, everytime.
