I was referred to Memorial Eye Institute by a friend. My eye doctor retired and I was desperate to find someone who I felt comfortable with. For my eye exam I was so impressed with the welcoming, the effeciency, and the expertise of the whole office staff. I would recommend MEI to anyone who is in need of a very thorough exam and very satisfying experience. My experience with Memorial Eye was great. The procedure went well. The nurses that help in the operating area were excellent, and I do mean that. Very nice nurses. I was very uneasy before the procedure but they helped me to calm down.
Dr. Levin and his staff were very professional They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I loved his friendly attitude he had and his fantastic personality, I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Chotiner was friendly and made me feel at ease during my exam. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend him for cataract surgery.
Dr. Levin and his clinical staff are attentive, dedicated, experienced and professional, which are the qualities that I required. Over a series of visits, I recognized that redundancies were also in place throughout the practice to minimize possible errors in treatment. Through the process of warming up to the procedure, and as my vision was worsening, it became clear that visual impairment is not just a bother. Vision is a vital cognitive channel that will help to stave off one form or another of dementia.
Very friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable. Procedure went flawless and I would not want to go anywhere else for my vision care.
Very pleased with my recent cataract surgery performed by Dr. Kenneth Levin. My right eye was worse, so he did that one first, and did my left eye the next week. I love that he used the LenSx Laser to remove the cataracts and insert the lens. It is very precise, with no pain or discomfort. I now have perfect vision and can see to drive at night and in rain, which I could not do for years. Thank you, Dr. Levin, from the bottom of my heart!
Everything went smoothly. Picked up a small infection but Dr. Levin took care of it and all is well. He actually checked on me over the weekend.
