The Institute came highly recommended from previous patients and from looking at all the positive reviews, they definitely do a great job. My negative review has to do with their poor communication. On the two visits I have had so far, the wait time was 2 hours. No one explained that or said they were short staffed. No one offered the opportunity to reschedule due to the delays. I view my cataract surgery at Memorial Eye Institue as the best medical experience I have ever had in 68 years. The organization is very professional, efficient, and competent.
