About Memaw's special Bar-B-Q First, we start each day by hand trimming on site all of our select Bar-B-Q meats. The meats are then dipped into our basting sauce, invented by Memaw herself over fifty years ago, and slowly cooked for hours over a real open-pit fire over with select oak. We were there yesterday the ribs had a good taste but sorta tuff. The baked beans are way to sweet and the greenbeans had no flavor. The potato salad is store bought and it was sweet.. add some eggs, to it make it taste better..i had a slice of the carrot cake to go it wasn't carrot cake.. it was spice cake with a tiny bit of carrots in it.. i can show you what carrot cake should taste and look like.. the frosting was good other than that i had no problem.. the fried orka, with that ranch dressing it was so good..
Everything on this menu is amazing. I really love the smoked sausage and potato salad.
Best BBQ in town hands down, I've never had a bad meal or service here!!!
The prices are good, the staff is great, the food is always out fast hot and delicious
They call it a jumbo burger but the only thing jumbo about it is the bread. Now i no why the parking lots always empty. You would think a resturaunt would have real mac and cheese but nope it sells the save a lot special, probaly why they dont have it on thier menu smh.
