About Memaw's special Bar-B-Q First, we start each day by hand trimming on site all of our select Bar-B-Q meats. The meats are then dipped into our basting sauce, invented by Memaw herself over fifty years ago, and slowly cooked for hours over a real open-pit fire over with select oak. http://www.memawsbbq.com/documents/memaws_pb_menu.pdf this is on your website. i cant help it if you have two menus with two prices. they were confrontational about the two menus, saying that the menu on the website didnt exist. i printed it off and gave it to them and they STILL denied that is was theirs off of their website. you could stand to learn a thing or two about customer service.... AND get with a TEXAS brisket master and get him to teach you how this food should look and taste!!

Everything, My Brother Kenny raved about this place and we had a chance to try it first hand!! Very Delicious and Great Prices!! If you are ever in Palm Bay you need to Eat here!! The Hushpuppies are Life Changing not to mention everything else!!!

Best bbq I've had since my great-uncle used to dig the pit in his front yard. Real flavor, real smoked, real bbq!
We stopped by for lunch just a few days ago. The staff was extremely kind and funny even while honoring the “social distance”. And of course the food was absolutely delicious. If you’ve never been here, my family and I HIGHLY recommend the Spicy Cauliflower 🤤. Thank you Memaws for all that you are.
