About Memaw's special Bar-B-Q First, we start each day by hand trimming on site all of our select Bar-B-Q meats. The meats are then dipped into our basting sauce, invented by Memaw herself over fifty years ago, and slowly cooked for hours over a real open-pit fire over with select oak. My favorite is BBQ and this by far my favorite place!!!
RecommendedEverything I’ve ever eaten there was fresh cooked and delicious.
We didn’t care for the barbecue sauce. The place is nice enough and the staff was good. It’s just not our first choice.
