About Memaw's special Bar-B-Q First, we start each day by hand trimming on site all of our select Bar-B-Q meats. The meats are then dipped into our basting sauce, invented by Memaw herself over fifty years ago, and slowly cooked for hours over a real open-pit fire over with select oak. Was there for a meeting. What food I did order was good. Our server was excellent.
We love Mee Maws. Ribs are great and for the price their fresh hand cut steaks are delicious.
The very best bar be que ever!!! I normally do take outs and there is always very little wait time. The people are Always vey friendly. No complaints I just love this place and would highly recommend it!
