About Memaw's special Bar-B-Q First, we start each day by hand trimming on site all of our select Bar-B-Q meats. The meats are then dipped into our basting sauce, invented by Memaw herself over fifty years ago, and slowly cooked for hours over a real open-pit fire over with select oak. Normally it's really great. But we went there for lunch fathers day and it was way below the norm.We drive from St Cloud to have lunch there approx every other Friday. We ALWAYS request Dawn as our server she is the greatest. We will be back again and hope that was just a off day.
