The guy who works for the owner was clueless, I’m handicapped and he made me get out of the car to do the paperwork, only to find out; my wheelchair wouldn’t fit through the door. I was about to leave when the owner finally got there, I had to drive to Carrollton in after hr traffic.The car was supposed to be in excellent condition l, that was a lie. Although the vehicle we looked at wasn't the right one for us, the response time and customer service was great!
Dealer was very helpful, emailed daily with updates. However I was out of town and was unable to buy the vehicle at this time.
Got back with me quickly, answered my question, then left me alone. Perfect contact! No badgering to make a sell and I know what I needed to know.
