Picked up my Mazda 3 today and received exemplary service. I’d had to wait a little while for the model to arrive but that was all forgotten as Dom showed me all the features and made sure I was really comfortable with the car. Thoroughly recommended dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with both Mazda Australia and Mazda Melville Service. After several months of follow-ups, stress, delays, and absolutely no accountability, the only thing I received was a repair invoice for over AUD $26,000 — for a car that is worth around AUD $20,000. This is beyond unreasonable. Mazda Melville Service keeps saying they are “just a franchise business” and take no real responsibility. We had a great experience with Dom from Melville Mazda, he is definitely the guy to see when you head there. We recently purchased a CX5 from Dom and found him to be honest, relatable, understanding and willing to get the deal done. We visited other Mazda showrooms in Bayswater and Wanneroo and found the sales team to be nowhere near as engaging and at some points did not listen to our needs both budget wise and vehicle wise.
