Recent bad experiences with the service department changed the rating for them. After messing up both my cars, I have completely lost confident with their service department Luckily, the GM is a good man, very understanding and tried his best to get things sorted out. I still have outstanding issues with the dealership but will update this accordingly, and giving them the very last chance to fix their internal issues. Extremely Disappointed – Warranty Refused After Serious, Ongoing Faults I purchased a new Mazda BT-50 in June 2022 from Melville Mazda, including dealer-fitted ARB accessories.
