Worthless
I purchased a supposedly new unit and it failed a year later. They came out and said a part crack and it's not covered under the additional warranty that I purchased and charged me to fix it or so I thought it was fixed. They forced it to work then unplugged the compressor and left because the compressor was bad and they were responsible. I called them and of course they didn't own up to it but will charge me $75 to come out and look at it.
