Worthless
I purchased a supposedly new unit and it failed a year later. They came out and said a part crack and it's not covered under the additional warranty that I purchased and charged me to fix it or so I thought it was fixed. They forced it to work then unplugged the compressor and left because the compressor was bad and they were responsible. I called them and of course they didn't own up to it but will charge me $75 to come out and look at it. They arrived in a timely fashion & had the AC unit up & running in no time.
They refuse to answer the phone or return calls. We’ve been without air for a month now, and it’s july. Call someone else for better service- literally anywhere is better than here.
