Usually great food and service although the last several times I've been there it doesn't seem quite as good as it used to be. Food was cold, both pizzas barely had any toppings on them and the crust were burnt .

We visited Mellow Mushroom in Franklin, TN and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The waitress was prompt, very courteous and friendly. There was live music on the sidewalk outside the restaurant. Overall, we had a great time soaking in the relaxed vibe.

We had a good time. Drank a couple pitchers of beer (Which are over priced, but cold.), ordered 2 pizzas and 2 baskets of pretzel bites. Both were very good. Our waitress was overworked. She had too many tables. The service was god awful slow. Again, not our waitresses fault. Their greeting/seating staff sucked. The blue haired girl acts like its a privilege to even get on the list and was more interested in texting and talking to her coworkers.

The food was awesome as usual and the service was good. This last time was the first time I ate there with my dog. We were on the patio and they were so accommodating and sweet to him. I just can't say enough good things about them.

Loved it the stuffed portabella mushrooms was amazing. Bar maid Sally was excellent.
