For the vegetarians, try the (namesake) Holy Shiitake and the Red Potatoe (without the bacon). Both are great, rich, and filling. Crust is the perfect thickness, crunch, and flavor.
Seriously, try the red potato pizza and the cheese bread with and icey beer! Delish!
