This was my first visit with Dr. Castronovo and I found her and her staff to be great! My husband recommended her to me and am so glad he did. Although I have to go back for 2 crowns and a filling, I have no doubt that it will be a pleasant (if you can say going to a dentist is pleasant) experience. SO MUCH BETTER THAN MY LAST DENTIST.
The office is very clean and all the staff were great. Didn't have to wait long and procedures were quick, in fact they were able to make my crown on the spot and get it put in so that I did not have to use a temporary and make another trip. My only complaint is they did not put a movie on for me to watch while they were working on my mouth (not sure what else those TVs on the ceiling are for).
Very professional and warm welcome.Been going for exams, cleaning and follow ups.From qoutes to final cleaning they go in detail and answer any questions with a heart of a teacher.
Dr. Castronovo was so nice and very gentle when performing my exam. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year so I needed some additional cleaning. I was told up front what the cost would be so I could give approval for them to proceed with treatment. The entire staff was very nice and did a great job to dealing with my dental anxiety. I HATE going to the dentist and this was the best experience I have ever had. I have a follow up appointment in December and I can't wait to go back!
My children just love going to the dentist! The staff know us by name and are always excited to see us. The personal touch makes such a difference in our visit. We love the entire staff, they make us feel like family!
The entire staff-from the front desk to the back chair-is friendly, polite, anf professional. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and really listen to what you have to say. I have already referred both my mother and father in law, and would recommend them to anyone living in the Spring area. The only inconveniences are their work day hours and not being open on Saturdays, so I have to take time off of work to go. But...it's worth it.
I have had regular cleanings with them and the doctor and staff are great. They are very gentle and explain everything thoroughly. The office is really clean and front desk staff is awesome! They give you all prices up front and there is no confusion about paperwork like other places. I never thought I'd say this, but going to the dentist is relaxing now!
I have not been to the dentist in a few years and Dr. Castronovo and her staff made me feel very comfortable. She was very attentive and explained her treatment recommendations thoroughly and was glad to answer any questions I had. The office is very nice and relaxing. I was highly satisfied with my experience!
I had been delinquent for many years in maintaining my dental health... if I had know of Dr. Castronovo's practice, I would have been much more prone to visit the dentist on the proper schedule. Convenient, professional and thorough, everything I'd be looking for in a dentist - Highly recommended.
