Just an all around good place for health care.
Great staff both office and provider! Felt listened to and my medical needs were addressed and providers always take the time to listen to any concerns!🤗
Trying to get basic services taken care of is like having teeth pulled. Wait weeks to get scripts sent to pharmacies. Spend hours on the phone everyday working on figuring out prior authorizations. Never can be connected with anyone who can actually help. Just leave messages everyday for the poor people at the front desk who can't do anything about it. I've given this office so many chances to do better, but they've only gotten worse. Everytime it's something different.
Dr. Thompson has seen several members of my family, including my elderly mother and teenage children. I absolutely love her! She speaks to and with you like you're a Human, she doesn't shut down your questions/concerns, she'll let you stay in the room & talk/listen/respond, & won't rush you out. She thoroughly explains things, and above all, very compassionate. She's incredible and very empathetic! My highest recommendation goes to her!
