Dr. Auer is my family physician. She is professional, thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She cares for several members of our family across a wide range of ages, and has been particularly wonderful with my elderly parents. I don’t know what any of these negative reviews are about, Dr. Auer is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had.
Been with Dr Auer for about two years now. Always taking the time to answer questions and provide resources. Pleasant experience every time.
Melissa Auer came into the appointment with an attitude saying, "well we only have 20 minutes" This was for a physical exam. Mind you I didn't schedule it for that long, they did. I tried to explain my symptoms and issues I was facing and felt nothing but vile energy. Do not recommend unless you want to feel rushed, not heard and judged. I felt absolutely no EMPATHY from this woman. Do yourself a favor and find someone with compassion and who actually cares.
Worst experience ever with a doctor. As soon as she walked into the room her first words were and I quote we're going to have to make this quick. Not a doctor I want to have. Maybe she had to collect her fee and get home to her kids. Sure she'd be appalled if one of her family was treated by a doctor with such crassness.
