My husband is on the second floor at endoscopy. And if everything is supposed to be sanitized. Why is there a drink stain on the table in the waiting room. Have the seats not been sanitized from the day before. He's only the 2nd patient to come in. So you can't it was from earlier. We got here at 6:30am. He has no immune system. And this worries me.

I tested positive for Covid on Friday. I immediately called my primary doctor and left a voicemail and still havent had my voicemail returned from the staff or my primary care doctor....thanks for letting me suffer. I called back and was told someone would give me a call. I highly doubt it when the office will close in about an hour
Rude staff on phone and in person. Front desk staff tells you one thing and nurse practitioner tells you another . They need to all get on the same page and know what they do and do not offer after someone waits for 3hours for a test...😡
RecommendedFirst off want to give a shout-out. I came here for delivery of my third child and previously had been in Lagrange for my first two deliveries. I went in labor over the weekend and couldn’t have my regular doctor so I was extremely nervous. My on call doctor was Dr Anderson and I want to thank him for making my desired birthing plan happen even though it wasn’t something he would usually be up for! It meant the world to me! Recommendedtreat your emergency room patients who come to YOU for help with kindness and compassion, instead of lashing out at them with disdain and contempt for daring to come to you for help when they are desperately sick with covid. I appreciate you all are working hard and for those putting their life on the line. but the one time my daughter comes to you for help, last night, every person. from the front desk to the er nurses were rude. neglectful, and just downright hateful even chastising her for coming to the hospital. Came in at 5pm on January 2nd and left on the 3rd. Worse nurses and doctors I have ever came across. One of the five core values of a nurse is to have human dignity. I did not see or experience not one nurse give a one concern to those patients in the waiting room. I understand Covid has taken over but a little compassion goes a long way. The doctor was worse than the nurses. No leadership from the doctor. Do no harm! Being rude and unsympathetic is harmful.
