We have been going to Dr. Winke for quite some time but I would caution her empathy on patient/dr relationships. My daughter had a test the same day/time as her appointment. With kids there are often last-minute, guess what mom, I have a test on Monday. I attempted to call immediately when they opened and unfortunately even with this explanation and a history of going there for 14 years, she proceeded with charging a $50 fee. This felt like it could have been an empathy moment rather than a transactional moment.
Dr. Winkie has a gentle and kind approach and my children have always liked their interactions with her. She listens to us as parents but also listens to our children and highly recommend her to anyone that is seeking a pediatrician in central Ohio!
Dr. Melissa is an exceptional pediatrician! She is kind, patient, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. Her gentle approach makes every visit stress-free, and my child feels completely at ease with her. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. We’re so grateful to have her as our doctor and highly recommend her to any family looking for excellent pediatric care!
