UPDATED Review 2026 Consistently disappoints! Committed to worsening service! This year’s experience was significantly worse. My partner dropped the car off for servicing and provided his contact details, as I wasn’t contactable during the day. Took my car for a routine service and wanted Apple CarPlay checked as it plays up, I was told they can’t do anything about it (despite car having warranty) and that my phone is the issue, even though i mentioned my phone works perfectly fine in our second car. Then i had my keyring broken by the staff, no apology was given or reimbursement for damages. Absolute appalling service from this dealership. No professionalism or customer service skills from any staff members here. Frank is absolutely useless and a liar. How he is still employed is shocking. Despite making it clear multiple times that we needed our vehicle, he did not deliver on time. Constantly lying and misleading, trying to charge our business. Will take this as far as I can to report this branch and Frank.
