I took my car in for a routine service and a timing belt replacement, which cost me over $2,000. I expected to drive home with a well-maintained vehicle, but instead, I was met with problem after problem. When I contacted the shop, they told me to bring it back in. I was extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish regarding the service of my Peugeot. Frank from bookings explained everything in detail and was very accommodating, to make the experience even better a few issues that the vehicle had he stated will be covered under warranty. Melbourne City PEUGEOT & CITROËN Service Centre offers quick and reliable car servicing, though it comes at a higher price. Booking was easy, and I secured my preferred date with a courtesy loan car provided. The new location is a major improvement—much easier to find than the old one. The waiting area and lounge were comfortable, clean, and well-stocked, making the experience more pleasant. However, despite the location upgrade, the customer service remains subpar.
