Dr. Al is the best dr. I have 3 boys 12, 9, and 5. We began seeing him 12 years ago and my boys and family love him. He’s understanding and explains everything needing explanation. I can call his office with any questions or concerns I’m having with my boys. I have had a couple after hour scares and Dr. Al has called me right back to address what we are facing and to advise whether it is necessary to take my boys to urgent care. Thank you Dr. Al for all these years of care for us. We love you!
Dr. Melaragno also known as Dr. Al is the best. He is an amazing caring doctor. Especially great for any first time parent. I was referred to him by a friend while I was pregnant when I called his office they set up an appoint so I can meet him before my baby was even born. When our baby was born and we had a scare with her newborn screening which needed immediate attention he held our hand through the process and had great connections at UCLA to get us the treatment that was needed. 10 months later we have a healthy happy b... read more
We were randomly assigned to Dr. Al when I gave birth. He came in bright and early to my postpartum room the day after he was born, and told me he believes baby was actually a week overdue due to the condition of his skin! He was so lively and thorough and we’ve been very happy parents/patients with Dr. Al.
Took my newborn child , with colics and some skin problems, Dr Melaragno took the time to explain how to treat colic and skin problem has been very helpful. Staff is great gave me same day appointment since my baby was in pain. I could tell he is a great Doctor that truly cares.
One of the rudest doctors I’ve ever met. He berated and belittled me for asking questions about my son’s treatment...WHILE my son was in my arms and clearly scared of him. Just awful.
He is such a caring and loving pediatrician! I requested to have him check my baby right after I had my second baby!
Dr. Al has been my 2 kids’ pediatrician and he is just amazing! He is very responsive to my numerous phone calls with a thousand concerns and he always always calls right away whenever I have an emergency. He is the best doctor ever! My kids love him so much!
Doctor Al was my pediatrician when I was younger. He is the best Pedi. Very kind, very friendly, cummunicates well. He now sees my 2 daughters.
Wonderful doctor. Has been my grandchildren's pediatrician for over 5 years.
