Melanie is an excellent realtor who knows the DC market. She gave me expert advice on pricing and prepping my home for sale. My condo received a good offer during the first week on the market. Closing was smooth. She works well with contractors, vendors and the condo staff. As an out of town seller, it is very important to have a realtor that is responsive and communicates well. I cannot say enough awesome things about Melanie!
