I just saw a driver for this company in a company van on I-10, driving while texting and looking at his phone. He was behaving as if driving was an afterthought; what a reckless way to be driving especially in a company car. I was trying to take a picture and was unable to.
One of their drivers just ran into me on the road. Tried to talk to the guy and even show him the map of the flow of traffic. And his respond was No it doesn't matter. I'm the one who's wrong and I should call the cops. Rudely I might add. If this is the level of customer service they offer, you're better off elsewhere. Also refused to show me ID or anything.
