I bought a ring wore it out the store, realized it was way too tight, called and spoke to one of the sales associates, she was so nice and told me to come back and they would exchange it. Went to exchange it and the manager told me she could not exchange it because it had was not wrapped I told her that’s how I received it and then she processed to tell me it had a couple of little scratches on it. Miranda (the only piercer there 😩) is incredibly rude and dismissive of customers. I had two very negative experience with her, once during my initial piercing appointment and again yesterday when I went for my follow up appointment. I do admit that I do like the two piercings she did but outside of that my interactions with her was yucky 🤮 . This review is for the piercing studio, which is a real treasure. I received very personalized, attentive and thoughtful care. You can tell she really wants you to have a good experience and take takes every measure to ensure that you will heal properly. She is an asset to the jewelry store.

I saw the owner of a pizza restaurant wearing a necklace and charm that I immediately loved and asked here where she got it and she said Mejuri at the Domain in Austin. 2 days later my husband and I went and we loved the designs, display, store, customer experience and the prices. We had been looking for our late Xmas gifts and we said thank goodness we waited .. we had the best time and we love love our jewelery. Plus the prices are wow.
