first couple times here were fine, the piercer was very nice and did amazing at making you feel comfortable. which is why I was so disappointed this last time I came in for a cleaning appt, scheduled for 1:20, and by 1:45, was still not taken, due to them taking a walk in for the exact same time?? wasted my time and completely defeats the purpose of making an appt.

Terrible customer service , when we send back two hoops to them then they Upon carefully inspecting the package, our team confirmed that one of the Pavé Diamond Huggie Hoops was missing. We conducted a full check of all materials inside, including turning the pouches inside out and removing foam from the box, but unfortunately, we could only verify the receipt of a single hoop. We had a wonderful experience with Miranda. She was very thoughtful, caring and talented. Explained the process in detail and skillfully pierced my daughter’s ears. She was very warm and calm and helped my daughter relax . Highly recommend her
