Since they did not post my review in their website might as well leave it here. Should’ve read other reviews, Mejuri has a real problem with their service and products. I ordered a bracelet from Mejuri that was supposed to be engraved, but it arrived with no engraving. When I reached out to customer service, I was told a replacement was on the way and that I’d receive tracking info, but no update ever came. Miranda is THE best! Its my absolute pleasure every time I come in, she's so gentle and HONEST! I couldnt get a pierce where I wanted because my anatomy and instead of me being unhappy she offered alternatives! I've brought so many friends because she's the best!!

When I couldn't get a piercing in a location I wanted because of my anatomy I appreciated her honesty versus being disappointed & my alternatives she offered were great! I had such an amazing experience getting two new piercings from Miranda at the Domain location! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and funny! I am very picky about piercings, and she was able to completely blow me away with such fantastic results! I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to get a new piercing!!!
I bought a ring wore it out the store, realized it was way too tight, called and spoke to one of the sales associates, she was so nice and told me to come back and they would exchange it. Went to exchange it and the manager told me she could not exchange it because it had was not wrapped I told her that’s how I received it and then she processed to tell me it had a couple of little scratches on it.
