I was extremely unhappy the salesman talk so much trash they didn’t even make sense talking about eating chicken nuggets and how he is giving me the best deal and he acted like a darn car salesman. I believe his name is Travis instead of him replacing the hose on the power steering he did a power steering flush which I did not need so I decline after he got up to $600 and some dollars I decline what the whole purpose was, which was to replace the power steering hose he is trash. Meineke is an excellent place to take your vehicle! They are very polite, efficient and get you in and out with no issues. Their shop is very clean with a nice customer waiting area and a clean restroom for your use. I highly recommend this business!

The Holland rd location took real good care of my needs and put me to ease. The manager Travis was very helpful with explaining what I needed , cost , and time frame. He made it so simple. Very happy with the service.
