I had a very disappointing experience with Meinkeke Auto Shop. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, but it was returned to me in the worst state then before. I took it back to give them another opportunity to fix it, but they still failed to correct the issue. On top of that, the shop submitted an incorrect odometer reading to my warranty company. I had an issue with my 2007 jeep wrangler starting. I came in on a Thursday and they said it may not fix the issue but they replaced the starter. It did not fix the problem but the service was fast and efficient that day. I called the next day when the problem resumed and they said they could look at it on Saturday at 0730. I came in and he told me that both diagnostic techs had called out and that he wouldn’t be able to look at it. I called Meineke off of Indian river and made an appointment there for 10:30.
