Always looking out for there customers
gave me a wrong diagnosis on my car's problems because i still had car problems a day later. i feel like when getting your car fixed you want to know every problem its having not just one, but that's just me. it also should be under warranty . i feel as if they also misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car and everytime i thought i found a solution they would throw a random price tag at me on top of what they already charged me. the staff as of July 2025 had no customers service skills whatsoever and the blonde guy gives you ... read more

very incompetent and rude . was unwilling to check what all car warranty entails and will take advantage of you if you are a female . because meineke failed to check my sisters warranty , she had to take out a loan to cover her breaks and rotors which should have been covered by policy .
Car still makes noise. Workers told me that my warranty wouldn’t cover it had me take out a whole line of credit and then just for me to find out my warranty would’ve covered it. This is a WHOLE whopping 600$ we are talking about.
