Came in on crutches last night to set up an appointment for an oil change and the guy at the front desk got me in the next day first thing in the morning. Then as I was leaving he ran to the door to open it for me. Then when I showed up the next morning the guy working the front desk took care of checking me in and I had an odd request. I asked if when he pulled my HHR in if he would please bring in my coffee since being on crutches I really couldn't do it. He did with a smile on his face.
Maybe the sign should say free oil changes for veterans up to a certain number. They are so busy that they were giving out rainchecks. Apparently the older vet in front of me got the last raincheck. Last raincheck??? Wow, really?
Had great car service at a fair price. Customer service was outstanding.
