The staff here is so nice and friendly. They've always let me know when I have issues with my car I cannot see. With that being said, they also let me know if it is a serious issue that should be fine right away or if it's something that can wait a bit. I never feel pressured to do it all right then and there, or feel taken advantage of.
Frank, the General Manager took a negative and turned it into a positive. He contacted me right away, gathered the facts, explained what likely happened and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience

I discovered an oil leak over the weekend- scheduled an appointment through the app for 1st thing Monday morning. Got right in - got the work done. Always courteous and pleasant!
Just paid $78 for an oil change because my car "needed an extra quart of synthetic oil.". My previous car did, too, but I was never charged $78! Also, I did not receive the tire rotation that was included, nor did they fill the air in the tires. I will not be back.
