Yes, I had to wait a long time for my car to be fixed, but staff and service are exceptional! Mechanics you can trust? Priceless. Victor worked on my car all day on his day off. Eric was so kind and thoughtful. He really went above and beyond good customer service. This team is excellent!

Meineke quoted me $138.86 to replace two headlights because they'd "have to take off my front bumper to replace them," and it'd "take an hour and a half." They made it seem like this was an insanely difficult thing to replace and that my boyfriend couldn't do it, bc I told them he's replaced ones on my previous vehicles. My boyfriend replaced it in 30 minutes -and it only took that long bc one bolt was rusted. Oh, this ended up costing me $15. Trust lost.
