The best Car Care Experience I’ve ever had. As a woman needing car repairs, typically mechanics like to rip you off and make up all kinds of stuff to get money out of you. Now knowing the owner Kevin, I knew that definitely wasn’t the case. It was my first time needing a major fix for my newest car and he was incredibly thorough on helping me with the issue. Excellent service, fast and efficient car care service in Orlando...
The driver's side window of my car broke while they were doing an oil change and they tried to hide it from me. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed the window was rolled down when I pulled up, which is absolutely not true. I have never and would never leave my car window rolled down while unattended. If it was true, I'm sure they would have told me they tried to roll the window back up and found it to be broken or put it in their inspection notes. They did neither.
