Wonderful experience! After years at a place that wouldn't take me seriously, Dr McCarthy was a breath of fresh air. Not only would she let me try the medication I requested, but also helped schedule further testing to make sure there are no other underlying issues. Very open communication in this office and made sure I knew everything my meds and future testing entailed. Along with discussing my previous providers misdiagnoseses. Anyways love this office.
Everyone has their own experience; I think Dr. McCarthy has been great. She works with you and listens. She’s easy to talk to and gives concise information on what needs to be improved. After my first appointment she corrected my medication, which literally changed my life. Since then, she has followed up every few months. My son was a patient of Dr. McCarthy. He had his license taken away by his neurologist because of seizures. After eight months he was able to get his license back and his neurologist signed off. Dr. McCarthy refused to cooperate with the state to get his license back. The first time she skipped questions on the form, the next time she didn’t sign it.
