My experience with Dr. Arnold was excellent. Her staff were genuine , polite and professional. Dr. Arnold helped me to get past a very serious medical situation involving 4 doctors. She explained everything that I needed to know regarding my illness. She was always concerned about my care and left nothing unturned. It was very nice to be met with a smile and concern for me and my wife both. I would recommend Dr. Arnold to friends and family with no reservations.
Great doctor, took the time to explain what was causing my pain and how we would work together to fix it. She took her time with me and sent me home with handouts in case I needed to explain the condition to my family and with my home directions. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who needs their foot pain taken care of.
She is friendly as a person, however I would not recommend her as a doctor unfortunately. I had a minor ingrown toenail, which she cut out and apparently killed the nail bed so it wouldn't grow back. It has given me nothing but problems since. Also I was billed a crazy amount for a minor less than 3 minute visit with her. They did credit me, but I had to call & request it firmly. Hard to schedule to see her, not enough time spent when you do. Will not fill ongoing prescriptions.
Very caring and listened to my problems, was very thorough.
She did a GREAT job explaining everything to me, before & after surgery what I should and should not expect, HONEST and upfront. ALWAYS checked in early for appointments. If emailed or called with a question, was responded to that day. Highly recommend Dr. Meghan Arnold, won't see anyone else.
Firstly, I'd like to say I wasn't referred to Dr. Arnold, I had another Doctor that wasn't working out well for me and I was referred to a different foot specialist but could never get a hold of the office, so I scoured the internet in search of glowing reviews, which lead me to Dr. Arnold. I wasn't disappointed, her bed side manner is out of this world, and made me feel at ease within seconds. Her nurse is just as good. I LOVED everything about my visit. Thank YOU ! Dr Arnold is fantastic. I had 3 prior surgery's by a different surgeon needless to say I still had pain in my left foot & was told by another surgeon they could not help me. Well Dr. Arnold proved that to be false. My surgery was performed Nov. 2015 & I am so pappy & pain free which I never anticipated would be in the cards for me. I want to express my gratitude to Dr.Arnold for her outstanding capabilities.
