She performed routine Bunion-hammer toe surgery 5 years ago and I have had to have two corrective surgeries since. I currently have a fused big toe to correct the first surgery. Foot will never be the same.
I am confused on insurance coverage. I was told when I made the appointment that my insurance was going to cover appointment. At the time of this review I am still waiting for insurance and this Practice to be on the same page. Also I got the vibe of being rushed through the appointment.
I was mislead on insurance coverage. I was told when I made the appointment that my insurance was going to cover appointment. It turns out I was lied to. Also the Doctor and nurse rushed me through the appointment. I absolutely do not recommend this practice and this Doctor Arnold.
Dr. Arnold is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is straight forward and listens to the patient. The cherry on top of the sundae is the practices staff. They are by far the nicest assistants I have ever met. Dr. Arnold doesn't overschedule patients and the staff quickly returns calls. I have degenerative arthritis in my feet and she fixed me up!
Operated on my foot twice with terrible results Tell you what you want
Dr Arnold works very well with me and since I’ve had multiple surgeries on my legs and feet in my earlier life she takes great care and explains ways to fix the problems I have.
Dr. Arnold took the time to explain my problems and came up with a plan that works for me and my life. I had seen 3 other doctors who couldn't or didn't want to work with me. Her staff is great too, always so helpful and they seem happy to be there.I recommend her to all of my family and friends if they have foot issues!
I found Dr. Arnold several years ago. She did such a great job with a metatarsal fusion- I decided that any other foot problems- I followed her. She has done three operations for me over the course of several years. All worked out great! She explains what's what and options. She's not there to chit chat but listens and explains. I won't go to anyone else. I travel 45min to see her- passing many closer doctors. My moto is: if you find a good doctor- stay with them. Highly recommend!!
After three years and 5 or 6 different foot doctors, I finally found the one that fixed my foot. Dr. Arnold was so confident, professional, and empathetic, I knew she was the right doctor for me. She did perform outpatient surgery which took care of the major problems other Podiatrist either couldn't figure out or were not willing. I still see her on occasion for minor foot issues and will continue. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arnold and her staff. TOP NOTCH!!!
