Dr. Arnold is great. She is very supportive, an Amazing Surgeon, plus her office staff is very friendly and courtesy ;). Dr. Arnold operated on both of my feet, she removed the bunion & scraped out the arthritis, then she inserted 2 screws in each foot. I had one foot surgery after the other. I was very pleased with the out come. I can wear shoes again ??. Dr. Arnold is an AMAZING SURGEON.....
Very caring, listened to my problem and came up with thorough treatment plan. Her nurse was very helpful as well and assisted with my care.
Other reviewers must not have met the same doctor. Very caring and explained exactly what was wrong with my foot.
Excellent care in all ways from the first appointment to the outcome of the surgical procedure.
My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:15, Dr. Arnold didn’t come in until 8:50 and she didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me. She didn’t ask if I had any questions. She stated she was going to get tape and come right back to teach me how to wrap it . She never came back. She was no sympathetic. I had never broken a bone before and I was in great pain. I honestly don’t know why I was referred to her. She gave me no more information than the Urgent Care doctor I saw. Waste of time, waste of money.
I hope time wasn't wasted as when we called to talk to office staff they said i would be done at 2pm is why scheduled ride for 2:15 and early window at 2pm to what information given to me by office staff and not to waste anyone's time as while seeing the Dr for broken toe wanted to make sure didn't have any other foot issues going on but do to wrong information from office staff hope didn't waste anyone's time and didn't know she was a surgery doctor as urgent care was the one to recommended to follow up with them since havi... read more
Saw her 3 times after my surgery. Very rushed all the time. Never really took the time with me. I waiting for 30 minutes for her to say "looks good". "Sometimes it takes a while for the pain to go away". She stayed less than two minutes after I waited for 30. Would NOT recommend her. No compassion.
She performed surgery to remove a ganglion cyst. The residual scar tissue was larger and more painful than the original cyst. When I asked for her to review this they wanted to charge me $250 since I no longer had the same insurance. What a shame
During my last visit with Dr Arnold (which will be my last visit) Dr Arnold said I needed to have surgery to repair the ligaments in my ankle to treat chronic instability thats lead to multiple sprains. After paying for the MRI she has decided I am not a candidate for surgery due to obesity. Before this injury happened, I'd successfully lost a ton of weight. The injury happened and I haven't been able to exercise and have gained about half of it back.
