Storage plus team have been amazing. Super friendly and helpful with getting us set up for a mega storage box to suit our needs and budget! Team were friendly and helpful organising everything within 2 days and getting me access to storage with less than 24hrs notice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Hoping prices remain affordable as perfect location and convenience
We've used MegaBox twice now to store all our belongings whilst we take longer overseas trips. Both times the process has been smooth and efficient. The box is dropped off at our home, we load it up and they transport it to the Rosebery storage location until we're ready to empty our belongings. The gentleman who drops off the MegaBox was so helpful with advice on how to fit everything into the box, and even helping with some heavier items. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. While driving on the M5, a driver in one of their Utes began verbally abusing me simply because I was travelling at the same speed as the vehicle ahead. His aggressive, unprofessional behavior on the road not only endangered my safety but also reflected very poorly on the company as a whole. MegaBox exceeded my expectations when I needed storage during my recent move. Their units were immaculately clean, prices fair, and staff truly helpful. What impressed me most was how they followed through, providing A class removalists who worked diligently and made the double move to storage and a new place appear so simple. I have already sung their praises to four of my friends. Seriously, try them and you will thank me as well.
