Roof replacement From start to finish, everything about Tom and his work was first-rate. The estimate was detailed: it promised a more thorough job than the cheapest bidder, yet came in at half the cost of a well-known company that subcontracts the work. Roofing UPDATE: March 6, 2012 Had a terrible windstorm last weekend. Found a few shingle strips in my backyard. I wasn't sure if they belong to my roof or my neighbour (we both have the same style and colour). I notified Tom and he sent someone from his crew to inspect my roof the next day. Everything was fine for me...wasn't my roof. New Roof Tom and Mega City deserve a rating of 100! Tom and his crew reroofed my house after ripping off two old tired layers of singles. They showed up on time, and cleaned up throughly. However this reveiw is more about who Tom is. While they were refoofing they noticed that I did not have a flex hose that should have gone from my bathroom vent directly outside. Roof Mega is the best. I am glad I found his company on the internet and saw the review. When I first looked around for re-roofing my house, I found there were many out there and have no idea who I can trust. Beside the price, you also have to look for reliability and good workmanship. After reading Mega's review on Homestars, I have no more doubt. Tom conducts his business with honesty and integrity. He delivered what he promised. You can trust Tom. Homestars is the best as well.

Small flat roof over kitchen in 80 yr old home Tom, who runs the company is a grade above others. He came when he said for his quote (something basis, but not found in the others who I spoke with); though late starting my job due to other work and weather, when they did get to it, the roof was done as expected in one day and appears to have been done carefully and made to last. I'll likely use Mega City to do the rest of our roof next year. Prices are competitive.

excerllent job Tom's team did an excerllent job for my roofing. He had a top supervisor, Jeff and Adam, who led the people in providing the good quality and clean environment. although his price was little bit high, but you got the matching quality. Mega city hire two people dedicated for picking up the garbages. In contrast, my neighbour felt lot of pains when they hired cheaper roofing company. Tom is a great guy for communication and made you very happy. he delivered what he promised. I strongly recommended this company.

New roof Many thanks to Megacity Roofing for the excellent job and the very reasonable price. The work was done to a very high standard with extra carpentry added at no extra cost - just because it was the right thing to do! Tom's return to check on quality and clear up a few minor items was most appreciated.

New roof Here are a few comments: (1) The workers didn't clean up the roof very carefully before they put on the tar paper for the new one. (2) Towards the end, they ran out of the water-proof membrane for ice and water. Tom instructed them to put on two layers of tar paper and told me it's the same. (3) Tom didn't buy the workers lunch at noon. I asked Tom several times about this and Tom said they would have food after the work is finished. They finished the work until 4:30 pm without food. Dear Charles, Your 2 star review comes to a shock to us after you telling us we did A wonderful job. You were told many times to get off the roof because you were distracting the crew and interfering with the installation of the new roof all day long. Before the shingles were applied the roof deck was swept clean before insulation of new shingles. Also Clean up was done best as possible due to your extremely long grass. Flat roof and slanted roof Tom did two jobs on my house - one flat roof on an addition and another roof which had leaking problems. Tom did the jobs well, stuck to his quotes and was thoroughly pleasant to work with. He takes pride in his work, which I appreciate. I have no hesitation in recommending Mega City.
