Roof Repair My wife and I discovered a drip during one of the many rainfalls during the summer months in one of our rooms that has a skylight and over our garage which has a flat roof. New roof When Tom came to give us an estimate to replace our old roof, he was very informative and helpful. His quote was reasonable compared to three other companies, plus he added some upgrades at no extra cost. Tom also had the best material and labour warranty. We have since had a severe windstorm which bent up a few shingles (weather hasn't been warm enough for shingle sealant to adhere). I notified Tom and he came right away to fix them. Roof replacement When I bought my house a year ago, my home inspector told me my roof was well overdue for replacement (1991 roof). Roofing work We needed to have our roof replaced as it was past its useful life as one can tell from the pictures. I had 4 or 5 companies come and provide an estimate. New Roof New roof installed by Tom and MegaCity. Tom was exceptional, a true gem as far as trades go, he was courteous, polite and honest and what ever he promised was delivered on time. The finished product looks great and I would recommend Tom to all my friends. His team was efficient and worked exceptionally hard to finish the roof in timeframe that they set.

Roof Inspection I asked Tom to come to my house to evaluate my roof because I suspected the builder didn't do a good job. He came out even though he had a busy schedule and checked over my roof. He told me that the roof was alright and it didn't need any work. He recommended me to another person to get the flashing redone. In brief, he was very pleasant and professional in his conduct. Roof and Skylight Replacement Tom from Mega City is a true professional. Our job involved replacing the flat-roof, peaked roof and three skylights on our 20 yr. old home. From the initial estimate right through to the job clean-up, Tom and his team provided a first class service and used top-grade materials. Roof Re-shingling It was a friday evening and I had just completed extensive renovation work in advance of putting my house on the market for the next week.
