Fantastic company. Great customer service, same day response and extremely professional journeyman, Sean K. He inspected all the plumbing in our house and then fixed our constantly running toilet. Will definitely call these folks again with any plumbing issues. Great job!
Another job well done by Meetze plumbing. Sean arrived on time and after getting approval for the job quote proceeded to quickly, efficiently, cleanly and quietly complete the work. You get what you pay for and Meetze is not the cheapest plumber you can call but they have never failed to deliver on what they quote.
Roy and his team were professional, very timely on the estimate of repair and explained the issues that were not performed correctly on the initial installation of our new tank less gas water heater. The completed all the repairs and provided some improvements on the thermostat location. I would recommend Roy for plumbing repairs very informative and followed up when the work was completed.
Parker with Meetze Plumbing gave me Five-Star service! He was thorough, polite, and went above and beyond in correcting the issue. Thank you Parker, you are a true professonal!
I am re-submitting this review because my computer appeared to lose the connection when I tried to submit it previously. My experience with Meetze Plumbing left me with the opinion that there are far better options out there. Although the quality of work was good, the price was outrageous. They charged $771 for a job that required 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete (from arrival to departure) and I furnished the new faucet valve they installed. Meetze Plumbing has earned a gold star in my house hold. After i called another company...that we've used several times in the past, I might add...we were told it would be the next working day before they could come check our situation. Jon was great. He was very professional and inspired confidence. I never felt pressured to purchase a more expensive option. Our old hot water tank/system was at a point where it made no sense to make repairs. We had to decide between another conventional hot water tank and a hot water on demand unit.
