Had another great experience with a Meetze Plumbing technician! This time it was Kevin B******* and he was just as professional, nice, and personable as the other technicians who have done work at my house. I'm a very satisfied and happy Meetze Plumbing customer.
Very professional. Steve and his assistant got right on the problem and took care of it. Also learned a lot about on how to keep the system running well. Will have them back for the next upgrade project.
Andy M****** is a customer oriented, extremely professional Master Plumber. He is responsive to customer questions. He is the primary reason we stay with Meetze Plumbing.

Our hot water heater went out. Service technician came on time and stayed late (on a Saturday evening) to get the job completed. Very professional.
Meetze Plumbing came to inspect my gas fireplace. Kevin H***** and a colleague were my technicians and did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable and made sure I understood the issue, the cost for repair and what to look for going forward. Can't say enough about how impressed I was with these two young men.
The Meetze Plumbing technician came to do a job, but spent a good deal of time "creating" other jobs that he thought should be done. The technician wanted to charge me $330 to replace these two hoses for the hot and cold water leading into the washing machine. At Lowe's you can get them for under $40. While there, he went under my house and then came back in and said that Meetze plumbing recommends replacing a hot water heater every 6 years. My first hot water heater lasted 19 years. On 9/6 we received the BBB review and the same review on another web site. I immediately reached out to her to discuss her statements. After our conversation I believed there was a misunderstanding and she agreed to remove her reviews. However, for some reason she reinstated her review and left message for us not to contact her further. Here is my summary of her comments. We do not charge $330 for washing machine hoses.
