We purchased/ordered a wedding band in March. When we stopped in to check on the order in May, it still hadn't been placed. They blamed it on the company in Texas, someone there clearly messed up. Next, we got my engagement ring resized. They were supposed to tighten all of the stones. Not even two weeks later a stone was missing. The prongs were still in place.
