I don’t often leave reviews, but after multiple experiences with this office, I feel other parents should know what to expect. The medical care has been adequate, but the administrative side of the practice has been consistently frustrating recently. For my newborn’s first visit, I was told to pay out of pocket because my baby hadn’t yet been added to my insurance and that I could seek reimbursement from my insurance company. This office is very strict on topics they shouldn’t be . They have such dumb rules like not being able to split vaccines to 2 visits. What did it for me was the fact that I’m being left alone to find specialist that take my sons insurance BY MYSELF when it’s their responsibility as well to find specialist in network with his insurance. The front desk as well as the Dr do such bare minimum work and care for their patients to be so demanding on them.
Dr. Jindel is the best! My children—now 16 and 14—started seeing her when they were 6 or 7 years old. She is very attentive and dedicates her time to every patient; since switching to her, I haven't even considered changing pediatricians again. My 5-year-old daughter is now in her care as well, and I am very happy because I know she is receiving the best possible healthcare. Their nurses are also very kind and helpful. I started coming here when Raquel was there and they are definitely another level of stuff🩷
Front office is great but Dr. Phil is giving false medical information that made my child sick and moved to a better experience pediatrician.
